Rules
How a round flows
From submission to the Top 11.
Goal
Every builder gets to have fun, grow, and compare their work with the best of the round.
Mechanics
- You submit your build with a link and a pitch.
- An automatic score evaluates every submitted project.
- The top 100 of each round move on to human judging.
- Out of the top 100, a jury made of Lucio and Lovable ambassadors/representatives picks the Top 11 — the round's lineup.
- The Top 11 join the round's Hall of Fame and earn public recognition.
Who can join
Any builder in the world building on Lovable can sign up and submit a project. No geographic barrier.
How a round works
- The Operator opens a round with a brief and submission window.
- Signed-up builders submit a project within the window.
- The Operator reviews and approves valid submissions.
- Approved ones go to the public gallery and are eligible for the Top 11.
- The Operator announces the round's Top 11.
- Selected builders earn a badge/featured slot and may go to the Final Showcase.
What every submission needs
- Public project URL.
- Description of the problem the project solves.
- Screenshot.
- Up to 1-minute video telling the story.
- Declaration that it was built on Lovable within the round's window.
- LGPD consents.
Curation rubric
The Operator evaluates each submission based on:
- Utility / real problem — 40%
- Functional execution on Lovable — 25%
- UX clarity — 15%
- Application / business potential — 10%
- Video narrative — 10%
Social layer
Likes and shares are public signals, but they don't decide the Top 11. There can be highlights such as "Community Favorite" and "Most Shared".
V1 Prizes
Public exposure, badge, certificate, featured slot, and a spot in the Final Showcase. No cash prize, no promise of credits.
Non-affiliation
The Lovable Builders Cup is not affiliated with FIFA, the World Cup, national teams, or any football tournament. The sports energy is just a metaphor.
