About

The short story of the Lovable Builders Cup, first-person.

How it started

I've been watching the Lovable community for a while. People are shipping absurd stuff โ€” finished products, sharp design, ideas that deserve to be in a magazine โ€” and almost none of it shows up in a place where you can point and say "look what this person built".

A stage was missing. Not a vanity leaderboard, not a likes contest โ€” a stage. A place where the work is visible, judged on real criteria, and the best ones make the round's lineup.

That's where the Lovable Builders Cup came from. It runs in rounds. Each round has a submission window, honest curation, and a Top 11 at the end. No mandatory theme, no barrier to enter. You build, you submit, you fight for a spot.

What it is

Everything the Cup ships with today:

Public gallery

Every submission is visible, linking out to the project and to the builder. No hidden feed.

Curated rounds

Each round opens, closes, and is judged against public criteria. No secret jury.

Aggregated Top 11

The round's top 11 builders โ€” and an overall view, accumulated over time.

Hall of Fame

Everyone who makes the Top 11 stays on record. Grouped by badge, by builder, and by country.

Builder stickers

Every builder has a sticker at /@username โ€” it works as their identity hub.

Shareable certificates

Top 11 finalists get a certificate that lives inside their sticker.
